GREAT! The U.S. Supreme Court has upheld the 2nd amendment. How can localities continue with their anti-gun?

A. Come on people, the 10th amendment limits the states to regulating powers not delegated or prohibited by the Constitution. The "right of the people", used only 3 times in the bill of rights, means in every case, PEOPLE, not some government entity. Funny how the so-called right of gays to get married must be put into effect immediately but a clear Constitutional right has to wait months for a dishonest government to to figure how to circumvent. The U.S. citizens should go out today and buy firearms and tell the mayor of DC to shove one up his a$$.
